Carolyn has earned the At Home With Diversity Certification sponsored by Pa Realtor's Association. She has learned to identify key methods of analyzing the cultural demographics of a community, communicate more effectively across cultural boundaries, and identify ways to service all cultural groups.

She is a member of the REALTOR's Association of York and Adams Counties. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania REALTORs Association, National REALTOR's Association, is a Certified New Home Salesperson, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Graduate of REALTOR'S INSTITUTE, Certified Residential Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, USAA Certified, honors the UPROMISE Program and is also a Specialist in Cendant Relocation for Buyers and Sellers.
